Daniel T. Streeter, 59, of Andover Township, died Friday, March 17, 2017, at home.

Born in Newark, New Jersey, Daniel grew up in Stillwater, lived in Andover for over 30 years and was a 1975 Graduate of Newton High School. He was a member of the Harmony Lodge #8 F&AM, as well as a Lay Leader and member of Andover United Methodist Church. Daniel was an electrical engineer at Total Technology located at Picatinny Arsenal. Through his career as an electrical engineer, he received an award for his participation of the Columbia First Maned Orbital Flight of the space shuttle.

Daniel is predeceased by his father, Thomas Streeter (1989). He is survived by his mother, Catherine (nee Bird) Streeter, of Stillwater Township; his sisters, Susan Dell, of Stillwater Township, and Dianne King and husband, Ed, of Stillwater Township; two nephews, Thomas and Stephen Dell, of Stillwater Township; and a niece, Heather Collins-Atkins, of Byram Township.

A Masonic Service will begin at Noon on Saturday, March 25, 2017, followed a Memorial Service at the Andover United Methodist Church, 207 Andover Sparta Road, Andover Township (G.P.S. Newton). Memorial visitation will be held at the Andover United Methodist Church on Saturday, March 25, 2017, from 11 a.m. to Noon.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice, 99 Sparta Avenue, Newton, NJ 07860 or to the Andover United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 368, Andover, NJ 07821.
