Charles Andrew Lundgren, 75, of Andover Township, died Friday, June 24, 2016, at home.

Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Mr. Lundgren had resided in Andover Township for the past 38 years. He was a United States Navy veteran, serving during the Vietnam Era. He received his BA from Cornell University and his Masters from Drexel University. Working in the field of Market Research,
Mr. Lundgren was the owner/operator of Hagen Research in Newton for 35 years before his retirement in 2012.

The son of the late Albin and Paula (nee Schaeffer) Lundgren, Mr. Lundgren is survived by his wife of 47 years, Anne O. Lundgren; three children, Eric Lundgren and wife, Sarah Rose, of Takoma Park, Maryland, Kristen Lundgren and husband, Jamie Hockin, of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and Patricia Lundgren of Caldwell; and four grandchildren, Emily and Anna Lundgren, Juliana Hockin and Jordan Lundgren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 28, 2016, at St. Joseph R. C. Church in Newton. Entombment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery Mausoleum in Newton. Visitation will be held Monday, June 27, 2016, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Smith-McCracken, 63 High Street, Newton.
